For several years, The Indiana Governor's Planning Council for People with Disabilities has envisioned a consumer network capable of linking disability stakeholders throughout the state. In this vision, people with disabilities, their families, and their friends share information, support one another in advocacy activities, and work together on systems change projects. As the new Fifth Freedom Network develops, we invite your input. Send us letters, e-mails and ideas for making this network your network. Different regions of the state have very different community needs. We will strive to offer great diversity in both the information and activities provided on this Website.
